phtay Terms & Conditions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the phtay online gaming website accessible at phtay.one, including all games, payment interfaces, account systems, and related features.
• "Account" means the individual registered player account created on the Platform.
• "Player Balance" means the total of real-money funds credited to a Player's account wallet, excluding bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits granted by phtay under specific bonus offers, which are subject to separate wagering requirements and are distinct from real-money Player Balance.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification — the process of confirming a Player's identity and age using government-issued Philippine identification documents.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a Player must wager from bonus funds before the bonus can be converted to withdrawable Player Balance.
• "Prohibited Conduct" means any activity listed in Section 10 of these Terms.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the primary gaming regulatory body in the Philippines.
• "PHP" or "₱" means Philippine Peso, the exclusive currency of the Platform.

By clicking "Register," "Sign In," "Deposit," or otherwise accessing any part of the phtay Platform, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms in full.
• You are of legal gambling age (minimum 21 years) and are legally permitted to participate in online gaming under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• You agree to be legally bound by these Terms and any supplemental terms applicable to specific games, promotions, or features on the Platform.

If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and contact phtay support to arrange account closure and withdrawal of any available Player Balance.

Access to phtay is restricted as follows:

• Minimum Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a mandatory requirement under PAGCOR standards applicable to online gaming in the Philippines. phtay enforces this requirement rigorously through KYC verification.
• Residency: The Platform is intended for players physically located in the Philippines. Access from other jurisdictions may be restricted depending on local laws.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• Single Account: Each eligible individual may hold only one active phtay account. Creating multiple accounts is a violation of these Terms and grounds for immediate suspension.
• Self-Excluded Players: Individuals who have voluntarily self-excluded from phtay or any other gaming platform they have disclosed are not eligible to register or maintain an active account.

phtay reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time. Accounts suspected of belonging to underage individuals will be immediately suspended pending investigation. If underage use is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed and all associated funds forfeited in accordance with applicable law and PAGCOR requirements.

To use the phtay Platform, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested during registration, including:

• A valid email address that you own and have exclusive access to.
• A unique username that does not impersonate another person or entity.
• A strong password meeting the Platform's security requirements.
• A valid Philippine mobile number for OTP verification and optional two-factor authentication.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. phtay will never ask for your password via any communication channel. Any activity conducted under your account is deemed to be conducted by you. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify phtay immediately via the in-account support chat.

You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change. Providing false registration information, including misrepresenting your age, is a material breach of these Terms.

Before processing any withdrawal, phtay requires all Players to complete KYC verification. Acceptable government-issued Philippine identification documents include:

• Philippine Driver's License
• Social Security System (SSS) ID
• Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID)
• PhilHealth ID
• Philippine Passport
• Postal ID (ePostal ID)
• PRC (Professional Regulation Commission) ID

KYC documents must be clearly legible, unaltered, and must show your full legal name, photograph, and date of birth. Documents that are expired, obscured, or appear to have been altered will be rejected. In such cases, phtay will request resubmission of valid documents.

phtay processes submitted KYC documents within 24 hours under normal operating conditions. During high-volume periods, processing may take up to 48 hours. Withdrawal requests are placed on hold until KYC verification is completed and approved.

phtay may at any time request additional documentation for enhanced due diligence purposes in accordance with Philippine anti-money laundering laws. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.

phtay accepts deposits exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP) through the following payment channels:

• GCash (instant processing)
• Maya / PayMaya (instant processing)
• QR Ph (5–10 minutes)
• GrabPay (instant processing)
• BPI, BDO, Metrobank via InstaPay or PESONet (15–60 minutes)
• 7-Eleven CLiQQ (30–60 minutes)

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. There is no maximum single deposit limit, but deposits above ₱50,000 may trigger enhanced due diligence review as required under Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) and its amendments. phtay does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. The payment method used for deposits must be registered in your name and linked to your verified KYC identity.

Deposits are non-refundable once confirmed and credited to your phtay wallet. If a deposit is made in error, contact phtay support immediately. We cannot guarantee reversal once funds have been credited.

Players may withdraw their real-money Player Balance subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed and approved prior to any withdrawal being processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
• Withdrawal requests must be made to a payment method registered in your name and matching your KYC-verified identity.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 15–30 minutes for GCash and Maya (for KYC-verified accounts during business hours). Bank transfers may take up to 2 business days.
• VIP tier members (Silver, Gold, Diamond) have priority withdrawal queues with faster processing.
• Any pending wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be completed before the bonus component of a mixed balance is eligible for withdrawal.

phtay reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times. We reserve the right to withhold withdrawals pending investigation of suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms. If an investigation results in a finding of fraud or Terms violation, the withdrawal may be declined and the account closed.

phtay offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spin credits, tournament prizes, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any promotion-specific conditions:

• Bonuses are available to verified, eligible phtay players only. phtay reserves the right to exclude players from specific promotions at its discretion.
• Each promotion has specific wagering requirements that must be met before bonus funds become withdrawable. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 15x means you must wager the bonus amount fifteen times).
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise specified. Claiming a new bonus while another is pending forfeits the previous bonus and any progress toward its wagering requirement.
• Bonus funds must be wagered within the validity period specified in the applicable promotion. Expired bonus funds and unmet wagering progress are forfeited automatically.
• phtay reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time with reasonable notice. Bonuses already in progress will be honored under the terms active at the time of claim.
• Any Player found to be systematically exploiting bonus offers, using multiple accounts to claim bonuses, or engaging in bonus abuse patterns will have their bonus balance voided and may face account suspension.

All games available on phtay are supplied by licensed third-party game providers. Each game is governed by its own specific rules displayed within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail for matters relating to game mechanics and payouts.

phtay games operate as follows:

• Slot games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages are theoretical long-run values and do not guarantee individual session results.
• Live Casino games are conducted by human dealers with real physical equipment (cards, wheels, dice) streamed via HD video. Game results are determined by the live dealer's physical actions and are not subject to RNG manipulation.
• Bingo, Fishing, and Ludo Quick games use RNG or rule-based mechanics certified by the respective game provider.

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or communication failure during a game round, phtay's technical logs constitute the authoritative record of game events. If a game round cannot be reconstructed from technical logs, the bet associated with that round will be voided and the wager returned to the Player's account. phtay's decision on disputed game outcomes is final.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phtay Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and/or referral to law enforcement:

• Registering an account while underage (under 21 years old) or on behalf of an underage individual.
• Creating more than one phtay account per individual (multi-accounting).
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity information during registration or KYC.
• Using stolen, unauthorized, or third-party payment methods to deposit funds.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to access or manipulate games.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, or coordinated play in multiplayer games.
• Exploiting software bugs, game glitches, or system errors for personal gain. Any gains from such exploitation are not considered legitimate winnings.
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform in connection with any criminal activity, in violation of Republic Act No. 9160 and its amendments.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where such access is legally prohibited.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing phtay staff, live dealers, or other players.

All content on the phtay Platform, including but not limited to the phtay brand name, logo, website design, user interface, graphics, game content, and marketing materials, is the exclusive property of phtay or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, reverse-engineer, scrape, or create derivative works from any phtay Platform content without express prior written authorization from phtay. Your account and access to the Platform constitute a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Platform for its intended gaming purpose only. No rights beyond this limited license are granted.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law:

• phtay provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• phtay is not liable for losses arising from your gambling activities on the Platform, including losses attributable to game outcomes, strategic decisions, or reliance on game statistics.
• phtay is not liable for losses arising from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to protect your login credentials.
• phtay is not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the Platform.
• phtay's maximum aggregate liability to you for any direct claim shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds held in your Player Balance at the time the claim arose.

Nothing in these Terms limits phtay's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law.

phtay is committed to responsible gaming and provides the following tools within all Player accounts:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour review period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure maximum session durations, after which a notification alert is displayed.
• Cool-Off Periods: Short-term account suspensions of 24 hours, 48 hours, or 7 days, effective immediately on request and irrevocable during the period.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request self-exclusion for 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanently. Self-excluded accounts will not be reactivated for the duration of the exclusion regardless of subsequent requests.

phtay's customer support team is trained to recognize indicators of problem gambling and may proactively reach out to Players exhibiting high-risk patterns. If you are concerned about your own or someone else's gambling behavior, please utilize the above tools and seek assistance through the PAGCOR Responsible Gaming program.

Gambling is intended as entertainment for adults. phtay does not extend credit to Players and does not encourage Players to gamble with funds they cannot afford to lose. Always play within your personal financial means.

phtay may suspend or permanently close a Player account with immediate effect if:

• The Player is found to have engaged in Prohibited Conduct as defined in Section 10.
• The Player provides false or fraudulent documentation during registration or KYC.
• The Player's account is involved in suspected money laundering or financial crime.
• The Player repeatedly violates these Terms after prior warning.
• phtay is required to do so by applicable law, court order, or regulatory direction.

Upon closure for Terms violation, phtay reserves the right to void and forfeit all Player Balance and bonus funds. Where closure is not related to prohibited conduct (e.g., Player-initiated closure), verified Player Balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method after standard compliance checks.

Players may request account closure at any time by contacting phtay support. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 5 business days.

phtay reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where a change is material — affecting Player rights, withdrawal policies, or bonus terms — phtay will provide at least 7 days' prior notice by email to the registered address and/or by prominent notice on the Platform.

Non-material amendments (such as formatting corrections, clarifications that do not alter the substance of obligations, or updates to contact information) may take effect without advance notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will always reflect the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the Platform following notice of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure and return of eligible Player Balance.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be resolved as follows:

1. Initial Resolution: Players should first contact phtay customer support to attempt an informal resolution. phtay aims to resolve all support-level disputes within 5 business days.
2. Escalation: If informal resolution fails, the dispute shall be submitted to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process where applicable.
3. Jurisdiction: For matters not resolved through the above, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

These Terms do not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under Philippine law, which cannot be excluded by contract.
